Virtual Legal Career Boot Camp for Law Students Starting Monday, July 13th 2020!

AltaClaro (an experiential learning platform for lawyers) and Leg Up Legal (a pre-law mentoring platform that connects prospective law students with attorney mentors) are presenting a free 2-week Virtual Legal Career Boot Camp for law students from Monday July 13th through Friday July 24th.  It will be jam-packed with informative career development sessions, networking opportunities, and virtual career panels.  The goal is to provide law students with key insights into how COVID-19 has impacted the legal profession and to help them hit the ground running when they return to school in the fall.

The Boot Camp will include over 70 speakers, including lawyers, judges, law school faculty and staff, law students, and other professionals. The program will be facilitated through Zoom and it includes:

  • 25+ substantive career development sessions;
  • 20+ virtual career panels with practitioners from a wide variety of practice areas and career paths; and
  • 15+ networking sessions.

Please take a look at the programming sessions that will be offered each day and if your schedule permits, attend as many as you can.  We understand that many of you are working or have other obligations and may not be able to attend all sessions but, since space is limited, please consider your availability and interest before registering.
