Candidate should possess 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial loan originations, leasing, acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, management agreements, brokerage agreements). Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school), along with excellent writing and analytical skills and be a member of The Florida Bar.
