Description: The panel will discuss several topics related to the efficacy of current police practices; available methods of civilian oversight of police and current roadblocks to meaningful oversight; the anticipated pitfalls and consequences from HB1, now the Anti-Protest law; and other concerns about civil liberties and racial justice both locally and state-wide.
