During the span of her career, Gina Sauer has had a unique, “360 degree” perspective on the world of law careers, having seen it from every angle: as a lawyer, legal employer, law school career services professional, and career coach/consultant.
As the president and founder of ATTAVITA, she has developed training curricula and presented workshops to hundreds of lawyers, recruited and on-boarded numerous associates and partners, given many presentations before organizations such as the American Bar Association and Association of American Law Schools, and coached hundreds of legal professionals to achieve their career goals.
