A business litigation and transactional boutique law firm in Coral Gables is seeking an attorney with 3 – 5 years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice. Must be a member of the Florida Bar and must be admitted to, or be eligible for, admission to the Southern District of Florida. Experience with litigating commercial and business matters in state and federal court.
The firm’s trial lawyers focus on all types of commercial business disputes, including contract, real estate, fraud, creditors rights, lease enforcement, disputes among business owners, shareholder litigation, employment, civil RICO, asset forfeiture, banking disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenant litigation.
