Announcing: The CDO Summer Series 2020!
The Career Development Office (CDO) is excited to announce the launch of the CDO Summer Series 2020. Please join us for a series of individual virtual programs designed to foster your professional development this summer. All programs will be available on Zoom and will feature guest speakers from the Miami legal community. Each program is scheduled for 30 minutes and you are encouraged to ask questions of the respective speakers beforehand. Detailed information on the program and the guest speakers as well as instructions for viewing the program and submitting questions will be provided before each session.
The first program, “How to Have a Successful Judicial Internship this Summer,” will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 5:00 pm and will feature guest speaker Kelly Shami, Esq. (’16). Kelly is currently serving as a judicial clerk for U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom in the Southern District of Florida. We encourage you to ask questions in advance by emailing Karen Warren, Director of Judicial Clerkships. You will receive an email in the coming days containing additional details and the link to view the program.
