Solo and Small Firm Interview Program – Registration Date Change
The General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar invites all law students to participate in the 2010 Solo and Small Firm Interview Program, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 12-2 p.m. in Orlando, Florida. Applicants will be interviewed for entry-level associate positions, summer 2010 clerkships, part-time research and writing positions and project-based legal work. Registration for the Interview Program will run from noon on March 3 to noon on March 9, 2010. Registration forms will be available in the Career Development Office and on the Student Portal beginning on March 3. A Student Information Sheet containing more detailed information about the Interview Program is currently available in the “Job Fairs” folder of the Student Portal (https://wss-02.law.miami.edu/sites/cdo/students).
The Interview Program is one component of the Solo and Small Firm Section’s Annual Conference and students also are encouraged to attend the Conference, which begins on Friday, March 26 and ends with the Interview Program on the 27th. The full-time law student reduced rate for the Conference is $50 (participation in the Conference is optional; students can participate in only the Interview Program at no charge and regardless of whether they are registered for the Conference).
