2016 FOOD LAW STUDENT LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

A forum for law students from around the country who share a passion for creating an equitable, transparent, healthy, and sustainable food system:

  • Learn from policy practitioners, academics, activists, farmers, and more
  • Build a network for food law and policy colleagues
  • Work on policy solutions for today’s most pressing food challenges
  • Tour local farms and farmers markets

When:                   SEPTEMBER 30th TO OCTOBER 2nd

Where:                Drake Law School, Des Moines, IA

Any law student (JD and LL.M.) at a U.S. law school is eligible to apply. Hotel accommodation and all meals will be covered, and transportation scholarships are available.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning in June. Apply early as space is limited.
