2016 SUMMER FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM AT LEGAL AID SERVICE OF BROWARD COUNTY AND COAST TO COAST LEGAL AID OF SOUTH FLORIDA
The Summer Fellow program is for law school students with an interest in public interest law. The Fellow will spend 6 weeks at LAS/CCLA working directly with clients and staff attorneys. The Fellowship will take place during a mutually agreed upon and consecutive 6 week period between May 9, 2016 and August 26, 2016, and the Fellow will receive a $2,500 stipend.
Important Dates:
April 27 (10:00-11:00 a.m.) Meet & Greet at Legal Aid Offices, 491 N State Road 7, Plantation Florida 33317. Attendance is not required or mandatory. This is an opportunity for candidates to learn more about the legal aid programs in Broward County and to ask any questions.

April 28 (4:00 p.m.) Application Deadline (Applications must be submitted via email and time stamped prior to 4:00 EST.)
May 2-4 Phone interviews with finalists.
May 4 Notification of Fellowship recipient.
May 6 Announcement at National Law Day. Fellow will be invited to attend the Broward County Law Day luncheon if their schedule permits.
