The OnRamp Fellowship for Female Lawyers

The OnRamp Fellowship matches experienced women lawyers who have taken a break from practicing law, for one reason or another, with law firms and legal departments for one-year, paid Fellowships.  This re-entry platform gives returning women lawyers a chance to broaden their legal experience, skills and contacts while demonstrating their tremendous value in the marketplace.

The initiative started in January 2014 with four major law firms and has expanded to include Akerman, Baker Donelson, White & Case and 22 other leading law firms, as well as Amazon’s legal department, HPE’s legal department and Barclay’s compliance group. Together, these organizations have posted more than 200 Fellowship positions — 3 of which are located in Florida.

Miami: Akerman – 1 position – Real Estate; White & Case – 1 position – Bank Finance

Orlando: Baker Donelson – 1 position – Health Information Technology
