Admissions Position Available at Pace Law School in White Plains, NY

Pace Law School is seeking a seasoned Associate Director of Admissions. The Associate Director will be a dynamic professional who will join the vibrant Pace Law School Admissions’ team. The Associate Director of Admissions will play an integral role in increasing Pace Law School’s reputation for a quality legal education by attracting and enrolling outstanding applicants. The position requires someone with an understanding of the current state of law school admissions and a diverse skill set.

Position Qualifications:  Experience in a higher education administrative setting, preferably in law or graduate school admissions. JD or relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable. Knowledge of enrollment management processes including marketing principles, recruitment and admissions, financial aid practices and “best practices” as defined by the LSAC. Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Banner and ACES2 strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills, an ability to understand and communicate statistical data, strong interpersonal skills, a high level of energy and enthusiasm to contribute to an innovative and fast-paced environment, and the ability to work under pressure to reach institutional goals on recruitment. Recruitment travel is required.
