Description:
Boutique law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate with 5+ years of experience in the area of commercial litigation and insurance defense. The position requires handling large volume matters under the supervision of a Partner.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials with excellent organizational, analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities will include document review, drafting of pleadings and motions, trial preparation, attendance of hearings, research and taking of depositions. Individual must be a team player and able to work independently in a high paced environment.
Qualifications:
Qualified individuals must have excellent verbal, written and computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. A member in good standing with the Florida Bar is required.
