Applicants should have experience in federal securities regulation (periodic reporting, offerings or related transactions) and drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents. Applicants should demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to client needs and deadlines, be attentive to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and transactions with supervision.
