A Leading Private Investment Firm Seeks In-House Transactional Attorney
A leading private investment firm based in the Miami area and engaged in real estate development, as well as other portfolio operating businesses, is seeking an in-house transactional attorney with 10+ years experience in the preparation and/or administration of construction contracts, bank loan agreements, condominium documents and leases. In addition, the candidate should have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and corporate acquisitions. The successful candidate will also be asked to advise and work closely with high-level company executives with respect to employment and general corporate matters. Previous experience at prominent law firms and/or legal departments, and excellent academic credentials are required.
Candidates should have strong detail orientation, organization and work management skills, and be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to excel working with a demanding management team. Additionally, candidates should be goal-oriented and possess the ability to solve complex legal and business issues quickly and effectively.
