Capital University Law School’s Summer Dispute Resolution Institute

Capital University Law School is excited to announce their 5th Annual Summer Dispute Resolution Institute, commencing July 2012. The Institute is comprised of nine week-long, intensive courses in the areas of mediation, dispute resolution, and arbitration. These courses are taught by top-notch ADR professionals and faculty and are open to law students, lawyers, and other professionals.

  • Dispute Resolution
  • Labor & Employment Arbitration
  • Mediation
  • General Arbitration
  • Divorce Mediation (3 credit hours)
  • Health Care & Dispute Resolution
  • Negotiation
  • Business Negotiations
  • Mediating Workplace Disputes

* All courses are two credit hours, unless otherwise noted. Divorce Mediation satisfies The Supreme Court of Ohio’s Rule 16 requirements.

How to Apply:

Students can apply for free. The application deadline is two weeks prior to the start of each course. View the online application here.

Students must provide a letter of good standing/permission from their home law school in order to enroll in courses at Capital University Law School. Financial aid may be available through their home law school.
