New at the CDO in 2011!

What’s New with the CDO in 2011?  A new calendar system and document library, both on Symplicity!


New Calendar System on Symplicity

Starting spring 2011, the CDO will post all upcoming workshops, presentations and other events on Symplicity.  Students will be able to RSVP online for events and easily add events to their Microsoft Outlook calendar.  To access the new calendar system, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into Symplicity (https://law-miami-csm.symplicity.com/students).
  2. Under “shortcuts” in the upper right hand corner, select “CDO Events” or select “Events” from the top navigation bar.
  3. View upcoming CDO events.  If RSVP is required, click on the “RSVP button”.  To cancel your RSVP, click on “Cancel RSVP”.
  4. To add the event to your Microsoft Outlook calendar, click on the calendar icon in the far right hand column.

New Document Library on Symplicity

Starting spring 2011, the CDO will store important job search related materials including employment opportunities, application forms and employer information on Symplicity.  This document library will replace the CDO Student Portal.  To access the new document library, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into Symplicity (https://law-miami-csm.symplicity.com/students)
  2. Select “Documents” from the top navigation bar.
  3. Select “Document Library”.
