Learn More About Health Care Law!

Interested in health care law?  Join three UM law students who recently attended a health law student conference to find out what they learned about taking the health law career path in both the public and private sectors.  Resources for a health law job search will also be provided.  The presentation will take place at 12:30 p.m. in room F108

Miami Law Women and the Career Development Office present Women Lawyers and their Paths to Alternative Legal Careers.   Please join us on at 12:30 pm in room F108 for a panel discussion as we explore the backgrounds of these women lawyers and their career choices:

  • Serena Josephs, Attorney Professional Development Specialist, Greenberg Traurig
  • Althea Harris, Asst. District Director for Marketing & Outreach for Area 1, US Small Business Administration
  • Cynthia Beamish, Executive Director, Planned Giving, University of Miami
  • Sajani Desai, Director of Externships, Career Development Office, Univ. of Miami School of Law
