Office of the Solicitor General One Year Bristow Fellowship

The Office of the Solicitor General offers a one-year Bristow Fellowship for law school graduates to work closely with other lawyers in the Office on drafting briefs in opposition to petitions for certiorari filed in the Supreme Court of the Untied States and prepare recommendations to the Solicitor General regarding the authorization of government appeals in the lower courts.  The fellows also assist in the preparation of petitions and briefs in Supreme Court cases, work on special projects and hep the Solicitor General and other lawyers in the office prepare for oral arguments before the Supreme Court.  The Office generally hires four fellows each year and the fellowships will begin in August or September of 2011.
