Allen Dell, P. A. is seeking a full-time Trusts and Estates attorney to join its sophisticated, robust Trusts and Estates Practice in Tampa, Florida. Strong analytic, writing, communication and organization skills required; detail oriented, motivated, self-starter, able to take responsibility for and complete projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities include: drafting estate planning documents; analyzing, planning, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer strategies; administering estates, trusts, and guardianships; selecting and creating business entities and preparing documents for all business transactions; organizing and advising tax-exempt organizations; transfer tax and fiduciary tax preparation; support litigation attorneys in Trusts and Estates litigation; and be responsible for handling in-person (or telephone or video) hearings. Must be able to interact effectively with clients, other attorneys and professional advisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
J.D. and LL.M. required. LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Some experience in Trusts and Estates preferred but not required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
