Last year\u2019s winners were from the University of Chicago and Arizona State University.&nbsp; The American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to elevating the standards and advancing the public&#8217;s understanding of the practice of employee benefits law.
