Law Review<\/i>\u00a0national writing competition is now welcoming papers from students at accredited law schools in the United States<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0and Canada<\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">.\u00a0 Papers will be accepted on any legal issue specifically concerning American Indians or other indigenous peoples. \u00a0Three cash prizes will be awarded: $1,500 for first place, $750 for second place, and $400 for third place.<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0 Each of the three winning authors will also be awarded an eBook copy of\u00a0<i>Cohen&#8217;s Handbook of Federal Indian Law<\/i>, provided by LexisNexis.<\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">The deadline for entries is Monday, February 28, 2022, at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Sponsored by the University of Oklahoma College of Law, t<\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">he\u00a0<i>American Indian Law Review<\/i>\u00a0has proudly served Native and legal communities since 1973<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">.\u00a0 E<\/span><span style=\"color: #201f1e;\">ach year at this time we encourage law students nationwide to participate in this, the longest-running competition of its kind.\u00a0 Papers will be judged by a panel of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">Indian\u00a0<\/span><span
