Mart\u00ednez (Public Defender, Miami-Dade Public Defender&#8217;s Office), Lisa T. Roberts (Chief, Attorney Advisor, SEC, Miami Regional Office) and James Weinkle (Assistant U.S. Attorney, U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office in the Southern District of Florida)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez Rundle, Mart\u00ednez, Roberts and Weinkle will share their experiences and answer your questions regarding the best way to prepare for and pursue a career in the government and will provide tips for obtaining an internship with the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office, the SEC and other federal and State organizations.<\/p>\n<p>This series of virtual conversations explores different areas of law and helps current law students navigate the path towards their desired careers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is invited:<\/strong> First and second year law students interested in learning more about what it means to practice civil litigation and how to prepare for a career in this area of law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong> October 19, 2021 at 6 pm.
