Submit a paper for The American College of Legal Medicine\u2019s 2020 Postdoctoral Student Writing Competition and the Student Writing Competition in Law, Medicine and Bioethics. We are offering the following prizes for each competition.\u00a0The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2020 and students will be notified of winning selection on or around January 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Postdoctoral Writing Competition:\u00a0\u00a0All post-doctoral attorneys or health professionals enrolled in full-time studies are encouraged to compete.\u00a0 The first-place paper will be named the Orr Award Winner.\u00a0The Winner of the Orr Award will receive a complimentary one-year membership in the American College of Legal Medicine.\u00a0 In addition, the ACLM Foundation will reimburse the Orr Award Winner for reasonable coach airfare and one night of lodging at the host hotel to present his or her paper at the ACLM 2020 Annual Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona.<\/p>\n

Student Writing Competition in Law, Medicine and Bioethics:\u00a0\u00a0All students studying Medicine, Law, Dentistry, Podiatry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Science, Healthcare Administration or Public Health are encouraged to compete.\u00a0The first-place paper will be named the Hirsh Award Winner.\u00a0The Winner of the Hirsh Award will receive a complimentary one-year membership in the American College of Legal Medicine.
