Partial scholarships in an amount not less than $1,000 are awarded to three (3) law students. Scholarship funds will be deducted from Summit travel expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicants must have completed <strong><u>at least<\/u><\/strong> the first year of study at their respective law school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Scholarships are awarded on criteria as the Summit Board sees fit including, but not limited to, the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>A strong interest in entertainment, sports, and\/or intellectual property law, including the applicant\u2019s participation in their school\u2019s Sports, IP, and\/or Entertainment Society (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>All application questions must be answered.<\/li>\n<li>Grades are considered if and when the Summit Board deems necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>All applicants must attach a resume, cover letter, and transcript.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>All application packages must be <strong><u>received<\/u><\/strong> at the following address no later than <strong><u>September 8, 2017<\/u><\/strong>.
