The event is open to a limited number of law students who are working in D.C. this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The Career Information Fair is an opportunity for students interested in volunteer internships, the Honors Program (HP), or Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) to learn more about the many offices and components in DOJ.\u00a0\u00a0<u style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">There is no interviewing at the fair<\/u>.\u00a0 Attendees are encouraged to visit with representatives from various DOJ components, learn about the interesting and unique work of each office, and ask specific questions about volunteer, HP, and SLIP positions.\u00a0 The HP and SLIP applications open on July 31 and close on September 5, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">RSVP Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to participate, students must <a href=\"OARMposition@usdoj.gov\">RSVP via email\u00a0<\/a><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">by no later than Friday, June 23<\/strong>.\u00a0 For security purposes, students must include the following information:<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">When submitting the RSVP indicate in the email subject line:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><strong>DOJ Career Fair<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em style=\"font-weight: inherit;\"><strong>RSVP<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Provide the following information in the body of the email:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">(1) Full name:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">(2) Law school:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">(3) Email address:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Space is very limited, and students will be selected on a first come, first served basis (entry is capped at 100, however, there is a limit of 10 slots per school).<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><u style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Law students who are current DOJ interns in the DC-area should Not RSVP to this invitation.
