The OnRamp Fellowship matches experienced women lawyers who have taken a break from practicing law, for one reason or another, with law firms and legal departments for one-year, paid Fellowships.\u00a0\u00a0This re-entry platform gives returning women lawyers a chance to broaden their legal experience, skills and contacts while demonstrating their tremendous value in the marketplace.<\/p>\n
The initiative started in January 2014 with four major law firms and has expanded to include Akerman, Baker Donelson, White & Case and 22 other leading law firms, as well as Amazon\u2019s legal department, HPE\u2019s legal department and Barclay\u2019s compliance group. Together, these organizations have posted more than 200 Fellowship positions\u00a0\u2014 3 of which are located in Florida.<\/p>\n
