Candidates should have <strong><em>at least 2 years of experience working on debt financing transactions, and should demonstrate knowledge of credit agreements, bond indentures, bridge facilities, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and inter-creditor and subordination agreements. Candidates with project finance and energy and renewables experience are preferred.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Academic and Professional Qualifications<\/span>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record.
