Submissions may be prepared specifically for this contest; repurposed from a class, seminar, or as an independent study; or developed as a proposed law review\/journal note, comment, or article.<\/p>\n<p>Membership in the ABA &amp; Business Law Section is <strong>not <\/strong>required for entry.
