City of New London<\/a>, <a title=\"http:\/\/ij.org\/arizona-free-enterprise-clubs-freedom-club-pac-v-bennett\" href=\"http:\/\/ij.org\/arizona-free-enterprise-clubs-freedom-club-pac-v-bennett\">McComish v. Bennett<\/a>, and <a title=\"http:\/\/ij.org\/zelman-v-simmons-harris\" href=\"http:\/\/ij.org\/zelman-v-simmons-harris\">Zelman v.
