Milwaukee Law Firms invite you to the Annual Home for the Holidays Reception<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The law firms of Foley & Lardner LLP;<\/b> Godfrey & Kahn, S.C.; Michael Best & Friedrich LLP; Quarles & Brady LLP; and Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, S.C. <\/b>will host their annual “Home for the Holidays”<\/b> receptions for first-year law students attending out-of-state law schools.<\/p>\n

Bricker & Eckler LLP is pleased to once again present the Charles H. Walker Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship for 2014.\u00a0 Established to provide first-year law students with a valuable employment experience early in their legal career, this scholarship will be awarded to a candidate who demonstrates leadership skills, academic strength, service to the community and an overall commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n

Bricker & Eckler LLP proudly dedicate this scholarship in honor of their partner and trusted friend Charles H. Walker, whose career and service to the community exemplify a strong commitment to both the legal profession and Bricker\u2019s tradition of diversity and inclusion.\u00a0 For many years, he served as a recruiter and mentor to the firm’s younger attorneys and helped guide Bricker & Eckler\u2019s diversity and inclusion commitment.<\/p>\n

Students in their first year of legal studies currently enrolled in an ABA-approved law school are eligible to apply for the scholarship.\u00a0 One scholarship in the form of a $10,000 cash award (less any applicable taxes and withholdings) towards law school tuition and other law school related expenses will be awarded. In addition, the scholarship recipient will receive a paid summer associate position for the summer of 2014.<\/p>\n

Eligible candidates should complete the application, which can be downloaded from the firm\u2019s website\u00a0<\/a>and forward it with their r\u00e9sum\u00e9, writing sample, LSAT score, official undergraduate and graduate transcripts and law school grades (when available) to the attention of Patricia M.
