Program in Agricultural &amp; Food Law<\/a>\u00a0for the 2014-15 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to their signature small-class experience in Fayetteville, they have applied for approval to offer\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/www.agfoodllm.com\/2013\/11\/2014-recruiting-begins-with-new.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.agfoodllm.com\/2013\/11\/2014-recruiting-begins-with-new.html\">a new distance degree option<\/a>\u00a0beginning with the Fall 2014 semester. This option is being designed to accommodate a small number of experienced attorneys who cannot move to Fayetteville, but who would enhance their network of students and alumni.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/www.agfoodllm.com\/2013\/09\/updated-llm-curriculum.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.agfoodllm.com\/2013\/09\/updated-llm-curriculum.html\">unique curriculum<\/a>\u00a0attracts attorneys from throughout the United \u00a0 States and the world. From traditional farming and ranching to urban agriculture, from agribusiness to farmers markets, the LL.M. considers consumer, producer and processor perspectives. We study the law and policy that shapes our food system.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing that a food system should reflect the diversity and the culture of the people it serves, they also have outreach to under-represented groups in agriculture.\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/law.uark.edu\/ifai\/\" href=\"http:\/\/law.uark.edu\/ifai\/\">The Indigenous Food and Agriculture Initiative<\/a>\u00a0at Arkansas is the nation\u2019s first law school initiative focusing on tribal food systems, agriculture and community sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Links to the\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3BpfXJ_Lg0QenUtRXowQVl2UkE\/edit\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3BpfXJ_Lg0QenUtRXowQVl2UkE\/edit\">2014 Poster<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3BpfXJ_Lg0QYnZoTmZJR3hXWm8\/edit\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/file\/d\/0B3BpfXJ_Lg0QYnZoTmZJR3hXWm8\/edit\">2014 Brochure<\/a>\u00a0are provided.
