Although each Fellowship experience is unique, each fellow works to advance women&#8217;s rights at a D.C.-based organization, learn together about substantive women\u2019s rights issues, explore a multitude of career paths through which they can advocate for women\u2019s equality and develop their legal and interpersonal skills through seminars, trainings, networking events and other Fellowship activities.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">WLPPFP Fellowship Placements\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>You will be considered for any of these if you apply for the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Non-Clinical Fellowship Placements<\/span>:<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One-year Fellowship at the National Partnership for Women and Families;<\/li>\n<li>One-year Fellowship at the National Women&#8217;s Law Center;<\/li>\n<li>Two, one-year Fellowships at organizations working on Women and HIV\/AIDS, one domestic and one internationally focused.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Clinical Fellowship Placements include:<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One two-year Fellowship at Georgetown Law as a Domestic Violence (DV) Clinical Teaching Fellow;<\/li>\n<li>You must be admitted to a Bar by December 2013. Fellows who are not members of the D.C. Bar must apply for admission by waiver upon accepting the fellowship offer.<\/li>\n<li>Domestic Violence Teaching Fellows are also eligible to receive a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown. For information about the clinic, click <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/academics\/academic-programs\/clinical-programs\/our-clinics\/domestic-violence-clinic\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One two-year Fellowship at Georgetown Law as an International Women\u2019s Human Rights Clinic (IWHRC) Clinical Teaching Fellow.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IWHRC Teaching Fellows are also eligible to receive a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use this Application to apply for the IWHRC Clinical Teaching Fellowship.
