James Lynch, a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, has graciously endowed this writing competition to honor Paul Faherty, former director of the Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits.<\/p>\n
Prizes and Eligibility<\/span>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Awards include one grand prize of $3,000 and two honorable mentions, each $1,000.<\/p>\n Any student currently enrolled in an an ABA-accredited law school in the U.S. may enter.
