Mr. Winans has served as a: State Farm Insurance agent; Independent insurance agent; Independent agency office manager; Fee-based risk management consultant; Vice President of Risk Management for an international company which owned the Colorado Rockies Baseball team and the world&#8217;s largest broker of nuclear fuel; and Liaison between the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and the Independent Agents&#8217; Association. Mr. Winans holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
