The Institute is comprised of nine week-long, intensive courses in the areas of mediation, dispute resolution, and arbitration. These courses are taught by top-notch ADR professionals and faculty and are open to law students, lawyers, and other professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Courses<\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dispute Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Labor &amp; Employment Arbitration<\/li>\n<li>Mediation<\/li>\n<li>General Arbitration<\/li>\n<li>Divorce Mediation (3 credit hours)<\/li>\n<li>Health Care &amp; Dispute Resolution<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Business Negotiations<\/li>\n<li>Mediating Workplace Disputes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* All courses are two credit hours, unless otherwise noted. Divorce Mediation satisfies The Supreme Court of Ohio&#8217;s Rule 16 requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How to Apply<\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students can apply for free. The application deadline is two weeks prior to the start of each course. <a title=\"http:\/\/law.capital.edu\/summerapplication.aspx\" href=\"http:\/\/law.capital.edu\/summerapplication.aspx\">View the online application here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Students must provide a letter of good standing\/permission from their home law school in order to enroll in courses at Capital University Law School.
