For more information about permanent positions and internship\/externship program, please visit the <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jag.navy.mil\/careers_\/index.html   \" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a> and also the NLLSA <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/us1.campaign-archive1.com\/?u=407d9474474e2578921982bc1&amp;id=064917255d&amp;e=35d55c09f5 \" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in interviewing for a permanent position with the Navy JAG Corps, please complete the following steps <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BEFORE<\/span><\/strong> your attendance at the employment expo.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n1) Visit the <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jag.navy.mil\/careers_\/careers\/apply.html\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2) Click the &#8220;Phase One: Professional Recommendation&#8221; link at the bottom of the page<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n3) Click the &#8220;JAG Corps Online Application&#8221; link<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n4) Create a login account<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n5) Practicing attorneys = Direct Appointment Application; and Law school students = Student\u00a0Program Application<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n6) Complete the application and submit all required supporting documentation (letters or\u00a0recommendation, transcripts, photo, etc.)<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n7) Email <a title=\"link\" href=\"mailto:Tashinda.richardson@navy.mil\" target=\"_blank\">LT Tashinda Richardson\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0and confirm that you have\u00a0submitted your online application. \u00a0She will schedule your interview at that point. \u00a0If you\u00a0complete your application while at the convention, \u00a0you can schedule your interview with a\u00a0JAG Corps Officer on site at our exhibit at the convention.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n<a title=\"http:\/\/nllsa.us1.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=407d9474474e2578921982bc1&amp;id=4d6f707c4f&amp;e=35d55c09f5\" href=\"http:\/\/nllsa.us1.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=407d9474474e2578921982bc1&amp;id=4d6f707c4f&amp;e=35d55c09f5\"><strong>Click here to register for the 2011 NLLSA Conference.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Please note that there is a $70.00 registration fee.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Navy JAG Corps will be conducting interviews at the upcoming 15th Annual NLLSA Convention.
