Voluntary bar associations are a great way to meet attorneys who share something in common with you, whether it is practice area interest or geographic location.  You can view a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.floridabar.org\/DIVCOM\/PI\/PIMasDir.nsf\/ABARS?OpenView\">full list of voluntary bar associations<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.floridabar.org\/DIVCOM\/PI\/PIMasDir.nsf\/WBARS?OpenView\">view bar associations by specialty or location<\/a>.   The website also contains a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridabar.org\/DIVCOM\/PI\/PIWebCal.nsf\/DateList?OpenForm\">calendar of upcoming events<\/a> sponsored by the various voluntary bar associations. <\/p>\n<p>Did you know that the Florida Bar has a number of sections devoted to different practice areas?  Many of these sections have student membership rates and opportunities to network with its members.
