{"id":2070,"date":"2011-08-05T09:02:37","date_gmt":"2011-08-05T12:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdo.law.miami.edu\/?p=2070"},"modified":"2011-08-05T09:02:37","modified_gmt":"2011-08-05T12:02:37","slug":"deutsche-bank-seeks-global-markets-associate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdo.law.miami.edu\/?p=2070","title":{"rendered":"Deutsche Bank Seeks Global Markets Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deutsche Bank Seeks Global Markets Associate &#8211; Requisition # &#8211; 38170\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting and negotiating the following New York law agreements and contracts: ISDA Master Agreements (including Schedules and Credit Support Annexes thereto), US Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Securities Lending Agreements, Master Netting Agreements, Fixed Income Prime Broker Agreements, FX Prime Brokerage Agreements, Equity Prime Brokerage Agreements, Futures and Options Agreements, Cash Trading Agreements, Give-Up Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Clearing Documentation, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Custodial Agreements, Security Agreements and any other relevant documentation and subsequent amendments<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and advising on standard industry netting opinions<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the production of standard forms and templates<\/li>\n<li>Providing transactional support and management<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in special projects such as contract review and contract abstractions<\/li>\n<li>Liaising and coordinating with the Legal, Risk &amp; Capital Division of bank and other internal departments as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experience Requirements<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 to 3 years experience with a law firm, bank, or in-house corporate background with a focus in Contract drafting and negotiation, preferably within the investment banking or financial services industry working with some or all of the contracts listed above.
