accepting applications for fall 2012 law clerk positions:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Supreme Courts<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connecticut Supreme Court (deadline early September)<\/li>\n<li>Delaware Supreme Court (has begun hiring)<\/li>\n<li>Hawaii Supreme Court (deadline 9\/30)<\/li>\n<li>Maine Supreme Judicial Court (deadline late August)<\/li>\n<li>Massachusetts Supreme Court (deadline 9\/26, but encouraged to apply sooner)<\/li>\n<li>Minnesota Supreme Court (deadline late August)<\/li>\n<li>New Hampshire Supreme Court (deadline early-August)<\/li>\n<li>NewJersey Supreme Court (rolling deadline)<\/li>\n<li>Texas Supreme Court (deadline early September)<\/li>\n<li>Vermont Supreme Court (deadline 9\/1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span the Vermont Guide.\u00a0 Ask your CDO advisor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Clerkships With Administrative Law Judges:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The federal government employs 1150 administrative law judges (ALJs)<strong> <\/strong>in 28 administrative agencies, many of whom hire law clerks.\u00a0 ALJs hear cases pertaining to their particular agency. \u00a0For example, the <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nrc.gov\/about-nrc\/employment\/judicial-law-clerk.html\" target=\"_blank\">U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission <\/a>is currently taking applications for two year term law clerk positions.\u00a0 You may also view\u00a0a <a title=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nalp.org\/aljclerkshipinfo\" target=\"_blank\">survey<\/a> located on the NALP website containing additional ALJ law clerk hiring information.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Federal Judge Hiring:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re interested in applying to federal judges, you may access a list of recent clerkship information on OSCAR, ask your CDO advisor or contact <a title=\"link\" href=\"mailto:agperez@law.miami.edu\"
