Templeton Fellowships Essay Contest encourages  students around the world to study the meani<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:85%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ng and significance  of economic and personal liberty.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:85%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The  Templeton Essay Contest awards cash fellowships to the authors of the top three  essays, with entries reviewed by a panel of three distinguished scholars.
