Prior knowledge of immigration law is preferred but not required. The students will work directly under the supervision of the Attorney Advisor and the Judicial Law Clerks hired through the Attorney General&#8217;s Honor Program. The summer internship is a volunteer, unpaid position. However, students may be eligible for academic credit and are encouraged to contact the appropriate person at their law school to determine eligibility.
