{"id":1536,"date":"2011-01-18T09:00:09","date_gmt":"2011-01-18T12:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdo.law.miami.edu\/?p=1536"},"modified":"2011-01-15T12:19:41","modified_gmt":"2011-01-15T15:19:41","slug":"new-at-the-cdo-in-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdo.law.miami.edu\/?p=1536","title":{"rendered":"New at the CDO in 2011!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What\u2019s New with the CDO in 2011? \u00a0A new calendar system and document library, both on Symplicity!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">New Calendar System on Symplicity<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Starting spring 2011, the CDO will post all upcoming workshops, presentations and other events on Symplicity.\u00a0 Students will be able to RSVP online for events and easily add events to their Microsoft Outlook calendar.\u00a0 To access the new calendar system, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> Log into Symplicity (<a href=\"https:\/\/law-miami-csm.symplicity.com\/students\">https:\/\/law-miami-csm.symplicity.com\/students<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Under \u201cshortcuts\u201d in the upper right hand corner, select \u201cCDO Events\u201d or select \u201cEvents\u201d from the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>View upcoming CDO events.\u00a0 If RSVP is required, click on the \u201cRSVP button\u201d.\u00a0 To cancel your RSVP, click on \u201cCancel RSVP\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>To add the event to your Microsoft Outlook calendar, click on the calendar icon in the far right hand column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">New Document Library on Symplicity<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Starting spring 2011, the CDO will store important job search related materials including employment opportunities, application forms and employer information on Symplicity.\u00a0 This document library will replace the CDO Student Portal.\u00a0 To access the new document library, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into Symplicity (<a href=\"https:\/\/law-miami-csm.symplicity.com\/students\">https:\/\/law-miami-csm.symplicity.com\/students<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cDocuments\u201d from the top navigation bar.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cDocument Library\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What\u2019s New with the CDO in 2011? \u00a0A new calendar system and document library, both on Symplicity!
