National Company Seeks Experienced Attorney for its Corporate Headquarters in Florida
National company is seeking an experienced attorney to work as a part of their legal team at their corporate headquarters in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have superior academic credentials and at least 4-6 years of transactional experience in a law firm setting, including contract review and drafting and merger and/or acquisition experience.
Healthcare law and/or business experience preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate the ability to work within both the legal and business worlds. Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills. The candidate should have a good sense of humor, enjoy a variety of work and be seeking professional development and career advancement without the pressure of billable hours. Work hours rarely, if ever, require weekend or late night work.
