Callback Interviews
With Fall OCI underway, it is not too early to start thinking about callback interviews. OCI interviews are just the first step in the fall recruiting process. Employers typically conduct callback interviews which often last for several hours, include a meal and are held at an employer’s office.
The CDO has prepared a guide specifically for callback interviews. The CDO Callback Interview Guide is available on the CDO Student Portal under “shared documents” and “CDO Job Search Publications.” You must use your UM Law login information to access the Student Portal. You may also request a copy of the Callback Interview Guide by emailing the Career Development Office.
Please read the Guide prior to the start of any callback interviews so that you are as prepared as possible. Should you have any questions about the Fall OCI and callback interview process, please speak with your CDO advisor.
